What if I need more than one session?

While these are intended to be one-off sessions, some folks do require a bit more support. If that turns out to be the case for you, we can definitely schedule another session. We can also chat about other options to make sure you’re getting the support you need.

What if I need help with things outside of your Zone of Genius (ex: websites, design, SEO)?

One of the perks about working with me or being in connection with me is I have a whole network of incredible entrepreneurs that I can connect you with. I am very intentional about growing my community so that I have trusted partners to refer my clients to, so they’re able to build up their support team & grow their business without the anxiety of not knowing if you’ve hired the right person for the job.

How does your process work?

I come to the table with a very holistic view of businesses. I’ve been in the online world for a number of years and have held a lot of positions in a variety of businesses. I’ve seen what works, what isn’t as successful, what the struggles are, and what the needs are. I am very intuitive and have a knack for asking the right question at the right time in order to bring about the major ah-ha moment. I combine those intuitive skills with my expertise in all things back-office operations which results in comprehensive action plans and major mindset shifts.

What if my problem is more complex than expected?

My philosophy is that there is always a place to start. We may not end up getting to the desired milestone and neatly wrapping it up bow in only one session, but you will walk away with new ideas / perspectives, action items to apply to the issue at hand, and more clarity than when you entered the Zoom room.

What if I don’t know which option is right for me?

Schedule a 15 minute Chemistry Call with me here and we will figure out what’s going to be the best way to support you. I’m a huge fan of co-creating project plans, so if nothing is fully resonating let’s collaborate together.

What is your cancellation policy?

These sessions require payment upfront to secure your spot and no refunds are available. However, I understand things can unexpectedly come up, so you are able to reschedule your session one time, free of charge.
