Ops Review VIP Experience

One of my favorite parts of my job is creating systems out of chaos. My brain operates out of strategy, organization, and making processes feel intuitive.

So what does this type of VIP experience look like?

While these experiences are customizable to fit your specific needs, the rough outline is:

  • We will schedule two Zoom calls - a three hour intensive and a forty-five minute follow up training call that occurs forty-eight to seventy-two hours after the initial call.

  • A week prior to our first call, I’ll send you an extensive questionnaire. This questionnaire will dig into seven topics: Company Goals, People, Process, Progress, Metrics, Daily Operations, & Urgent Fires.

  • The more information. you give me on the questionnaire, the better. I’ll review this prior to our call so that I have a general sense of your particular pain points and can start to formulate a plan.

  • For your VIP Experience, you and I will spend up to three hours diving deeper into the seven topics listed above.

  • By the time we get off the call, I’ll have a really great perspective on the status of your business and what pieces need to shift in order to alleviate some of the overwhelm and burden.

  • I will get to work to formulate a plan of action to take care of the top three pain points.

  • I will bring this plan to our follow up call and I’ll walk you through the plan I’ve created and how I envision these pain points being remedied.

  • If you have a team member who will be implementing these changes, they are invited to join us on the call and ask me any questions they may have.

  • You will receive the recording of the training within twenty-four hours, along with the written plan, so you can refer back to them while implementing.

This VIP Experience is meant to be a stand-alone offer. I’ve heard from so many people that they just want someone to help them frame out what their next steps should be, so this was born from those conversations.

However, if you do not have a team and implementing is not in your Zone of Genius, we can discuss continuing to work together in our follow up call. There is never any pressure to sign on with me, just support over here.
